What is HubSpot?

HubSpot, established in 2006, is an all-in-one online platform, powered by AI, that equips business of all types and sizes to manage their marketing, sales, content, service, and commerce activities.

Does HubSpot replace Email Service Providers (e.g., Constant Contact)?

HubSpot's Marketing Hub, at the Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers, includes Email Marketing. Users love the convenience of having their email marketing data (opens, clicks, etc.) live in the HubSpot CRM both as separate reports and inside CRM records—in real time. 

Does HubSpot integrate with other apps?

HubSpot integrates with hundreds of apps. All vetted apps can be accessed and installed from within a user's account, in the HubSpot Marketplace. Apps can be filtered by popularity recently added, plan compatibility, industry type (e.g., Accounting, Applicant Tracking Systems, Data Migration, etc.), app language, and more.

In addition, there are apps outside of the Marketplace that natively integrate with HubSpot or via third-party tools (e.g., Zapier). 

Does HubSpot provide support?

Support is included with all Hubs and tiers. Starter users have access to online chat plus the extensive HubSpot Knowledge base. In addition, Professional and Enterprise users have live phone support. 

Does HubSpot include social media publishing tools?

HubSpot's Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprises include tools for creating, publishing and monitoring social media platforms. Users can connect their personal and business accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). 

Does HubSpot offer drip campaigns for sales outreach?

HubSpot's Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise Tiers include Sequences, drip campaigns comprised of emails and tasks. Sequences are routinely used for outreach to prospects, but they are also effective at reconnecting with inactive clients, and following up on proposals.

Are Reports included with every HubSpot account?

At the Starter level, users can choose from dozens of pre-built reports to place on up to 10 dashboards.

Professional and Enterprise users have the ability to create custom reports and additional dashboards. In addition, they can purchase additional reports as as add-on feature. 

What tools are included with HubSpot's Sales Hub?

The Sales Hub tools vary by tier. Companies looking to equip their Sales Team to efficiently and effectively manage relationships with clients and prospects with today's technology should look to the Professional tier, which has far more features than the Starter tier. For instance, Professional includes key features such as 5,000 Templates (which can be personalized with any data fields from CRM records); Sequences (drip campaigns); 5 Playbooks (for putting scripts or discovery questions with space for answers at the hands of users); 15 Pipelines with customizable Deal Stages; Automations; Forecasting; and the Sales Workspace (it's like a personal dashboard). 

Can I run two businesses from one HubSpot account?

Yes. To have one HubSpot portal with full functionality for two separate entities, you need a subscription with both Marketing Enterprise and Business Units. 

TIP: There are ways to send Marketing Emails and Sales Emails using two different business email domains. Ask us for details!

We have HubSpot but our portal is a mess. Can you help us clean it up?

We support many existing HubSpot users—of all Hubs and tiers. Typical "fix it" solutions include CRM record scrubbing (email and/or phone validation), the set up of custom views, the creation of segments and workflows, the set up of forms, playbooks, reports and dashboards, you name it. We also provide troubleshooting and training as needed. 

The first step if you need help with your existing HubSpot portal is to book a meeting to discuss your needs, followed by a review (audit) of your account. 

 

Is HubSpot a month-to-month subscription like many SaaS tools?

HubSpot's Professional and Enterprise "tiers" require a 12-month subscription. 

HubSpot's Starter "tier" is available on a month-to-month subscription. 

All HubSpot plans offer the option of a 10% discount if you prepay your 12-month plan. 

What does HubSpot cost?

HubSpot's platform offers four "tiers" for its tools: Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
